Luis Enrique and Paris Saint-Germain, a Constant Duo in the Champions League Semifinals
Coach Luis Enrique and his team, Paris Saint-Germain, become better friends with the Champions League semifinals every year
A problem for Premier League teams
Luis Enrique has turned PSG into a machine for competing against English teams in the Champions League. Since his arrival in 2023, the Spanish coach has overcome five knockout rounds against Premier League clubs, establishing the Parisians as a real nightmare for their British rivals. In his first campaign, despite struggling against Newcastle in the group stage, he managed to advance to the semifinals. In the second, after a path full of obstacles, he consecutively eliminated Liverpool, Aston Villa, and Arsenal before winning the club's first European Cup in history with a resounding 5-0 against Inter in the final.
Out of Liverpool and competing against Bayern
In the current edition, PSG has once again demonstrated its prowess against English rivals. After defeating Tottenham in the group stage and overcoming Chelsea with an aggregate score of 8-2 in the round of 16, the Parisian team eliminated Liverpool with two 2-0 victories. Now, with Bayern Munich as the next obstacle, Luis Enrique's ambition to repeat the title remains intact and, in the process, he continues to extend the streak that has made him the great executioner of English teams in the Champions League.

Go down in history
Luis Enrique is set to make history with the club once again as he brings them closer to the eternal glory that winning the Champions League means, in other words, the highest competition for European clubs. With Liverpool's elimination and the possibility of a future encounter in the final with Arsenal if both teams advance, this competition could become even more interesting.
