Behind the Madrid club is the English club Bournemouth, which raised 72 million euros in this transfer window, and rounding out the podium is the Italian club Lazio, with almost 60 million euros raised at the end of this window.
The Rojiblanco's expenses
Although Atlético Madrid was the team that earned the most during this transfer window, it also spent money on new players, including Ademola Lookman, who was signed by the Rojiblancos in recent days, and two promising young players, Obed Vargas and Rodrigo Mendoza. As for the money spent, the Rojiblancos spent 35 million on Ademola Lookman, plus 16 million on Rodrigo Mendoza and 3 million on Obed Vargas, for a total of around 54 million euros.
