Real Madrid's starting goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, has had several tough months after suffering an injury early in the season; however, during La Liga's winter break, the footballer treated himself to a trip to the United States.

Initially, he visited the basketball team, the Dallas Mavericks, ahead of their game against the Houston Rockets and took several pictures with the team's star, Luka Doncic.

Later, he was also seen at the basketball game between the Atlanta Hawks and the Miami Heat, held at the Kaseya Center in Miami. There, he greeted and took pictures with his friend and Hawks player, Trae Young.

He also posted a couple of posts and stories on Instagram where he was at the Hard Rock Stadium to witness the NFL game between the Miami Dolphins and the Dallas Cowboys.

Courtois has been out of action for several months after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament tear in his left knee, a situation that will also keep him out of the Euro 2024.
