Pape Thiaw’s Official Senegal Squad For The 2026 FIFA World Cup
Sadio Mané will once again lead Senegal at a World Cup as the Lions of Teranga aim for another historic run.
The Senegal national team officially confirmed the players who will represent the country at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where the Lions of Teranga will once again aim to establish themselves among Africa’s elite football nations.
The biggest star of the squad remains Sadio Mané, who will play in another World Cup as the unquestioned leader of a Senegalese generation filled with experience, youth, and tremendous attacking talent.
The team managed by Pape Thiaw heads to the tournament in the United States, Mexico, and Canada after months surrounded by controversy following the African Cup final, where Senegal lost the title to Morocco after a disputed CAF decision.
