Toure got off the mark in no time, pouncing on a defensive error to score in just the second minute, and Andre Brooks made it 2-0 after only five minutes when he fired home.

Toure was on hand again in the box as Burnley failed to clear a corner, and the Socceroos star was quickest to react, blasting home from close range to make it 3-0 at the 21 minute mark.

Josh Laurent pulled one back on 27 minutes to restore a little bit of hope for the visitors, but midway through the second half, Brooks sealed his double to make it 4-1 to the Canaries.

Laurent was then sent off in the 77th minute, leaving Burnley a man down and with no hope of any sort of comeback.

Norwich moved up to 15th on the table with its first three points of the season after two defeats. Burnley remains winless and down in 22nd.
