Sports Burst - No Kante-do for Real Madrid
Chelsea's N'Golo Kante declares loyalty to Stamford Bridge in face of any Real Madrid summer approach

N'Golo Kante hits low score on Griezmann Scale after declaration of Chelsea loyalty
In terms of footballers saying 'nope, not going anywhere', Monday's published declarations by Chelsea's N'Golo Kante are fairly low on Sports Burst's newly-installed transfer sizzle monitor - the unit of measurement being the Griezmann.
The machine goes from 0-10 Griezmann. 0 Griezmann being the final definitive result of a half-an-hour long 'Decision' video and 10 Griezmann being Adrien Rabiot's situation with PSG.
There wasn't even a "today, I am a Chelsea player, but tomorrow, who knows what can happen," open-ended quote. Instead, while speaking on international duty for France, the Chelsea midfielder, who has long being admired by his countryman and the renewed Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane, said that today he "is with Chelsea, and focussed on that," and that there would be no interest in a move even if "Zidane calls me himself."
To be fair, with Eden Hazard at seven Griezmann, it is unlikely that Kante would be allow to leave Chelsea anyway with the club facing a signing ban across two transfer windows, potentially starting this summer.
That leaves just 50 or so names on the Real Madrid transfer list to go, then. And the Sports Burst live show might well go through about 47 of those on a slow international week. Just head to our beIN SPORTS Facebook page at 12PM ET / 9AM PT or simply watch back at your leisure.
Portugal starts Luxembourg chase in Euro 2020 qualifiers
It could be crisis Monday for one huge nation today!
Actually. It couldn't.
Not even beIN SPORTS can spin that one. The qualifiers for the 2020 European Championships are continuing and some teams are playing a second round in a process that has only just begun and in groups where two teams qualify for the big, continental jamboree.
Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal might be mindful of the fact that the team is currently second in the group after a home draw with Ukraine on Friday. Serbia are the visitors this time with the European Championship holders looking to overhaul Luxembourg at the top. Yep. Luxembourg.
England's sky-high hopes could be lowered a little with a trip to fun-loving Montenegro, after Friday's 5-0 Czech-bouncing session. "A passionate local support," noted Gareth Southgate, on a host known for less than friendly receptions to all-comers.
The World Champions of France are hosting Iceland. And the best of all the action will be on the XTRA at 7PM ET / 4PM PT.
Silver lining for Morocco with Messi missing
Well, Leo Messi having a sudden attacking of groin-itis has saved the nation of Morocco some money.
The Argentinean’s special place has rebelled at the thought of having to participate in another defeat for Messi and his country on Tuesday and Messi will be sitting this one out back in Barcelona. However, the modern world of football sees this absence saving the Moroccan soccer federation a solid half a million dollars in fees – about half of the match fee – according to the Moroccan press.
That game will still have a ton of juice and will be live and exclusive across North America on beIN SPORTS on Tuesday at 2:50PM ET / 11:50AM PT. And make sure you tune into the Locker Room today at 7:30PM ET / 4:30PM PT for a look back at all the weekend’s hot stories.
