Kean has signed on a season-long loan deal, with Como holding an obligation to make the move permanent.

The deal is said to be worth up to €40m.

"Moise is an important player, he's already ready and experienced, but he's still very hungry and has plenty of room to grow," Como coach Cesc Fabregas said.

"He has great physical strength, speed, and the ability to lead the offence, qualities that will raise the team’s level of play. We can't wait to start working together on the field."

Kean enjoyed a career renaissance at Fiorentina, having joined from Juventus in 2024.

He scored 35 goals in all competitions for Fiorentina, making 79 appearances.

Across the past two seasons, only Inter's Lautaro Martinez has netted more Serie A goals than Kean.

While confirming Kean's arrival, Como also announced that attacker Nicolas Kuhn has departed for Borussia Monchengladbach on loan.

Fiorentina, meanwhile, replaced Kean with Beto, who has joined from Everton in a deal worth €18m (£15m).

Beto netted 25 goals in 113 games for Everton, having joined from Udinese in 2023.

The 28 year-old previously impressed in Serie A for Udinese, scoring 22 times in 65 appearances.

Fiorentina moved for Beto after a loan attempt for Manchester United's Joshua Zirkzee broke down.
