Allegri seeks solutions as Napoli heads to Venezia
Napoli has struggled under Massimiliano Allegri so far this season, and he is urging his side to find solutions when it meets bottom side Venezia next in Serie A.
Napoli is eighth on the table after winning just 10 points from its opening six games, already seeing it six points adrift of leader Inter Milan.
The Partenopei have also lost their two UEFA Champions League matches this season, most recently losing 3-1 against Villarreal.
While Allegri insisted he is not overly concerned about his team's struggles, the Napoli boss acknowledged solutions are needed.
"I'm not concerned; we need to find solutions to the problems," Allegri insisted.
"We need to manage the ball better at certain points in the match and then deal better with unexpected incidents which can happen.
"When a team is strong, even during difficult moments, and there are opponents to consider too, your world cannot fall apart. Once that moment has passed, we still have plenty of time to improve.
"We just need to work, get all the players back and available, and manage playing every three days. We need everyone.
"Unfortunately, we have lost [David] Neres again, as he has been struggling with these injuries, but [Antonio] Vergara and [Constantino] Favasuli are progressing well. They are not close to returning yet, but they are making progress.
"We also have [Scott] McTominay and others who need to regain fitness by playing, because a match is completely different."
Venezia is bottom of Serie A heading into this fixture, having lost all six of its league matches this season.
