Besiktas notched their second consecutive win by defeating Istanbulspor 2-0 at home in the eighth round of the Super Lig. Vincent Aboubakar found the net in the 6th minute, followed by Rachid Ghezzal converting a penalty in the 90th minute. 

With this result, Besiktas elevated their points to 16, while Istanbulspor remained at 2 points in the league standings.
