Old Trafford pays tribute to Casemiro
The Brazilian midfielder played his final match at Old Trafford after four seasons with Manchester United.
Casemiro leaves the club with 161 appearances, 26 goals and two trophies: an FA Cup and a League Cup.
He was substituted in the 80th minute and received a huge ovation from the fans.
Bruno Fernandes ties historic Premier League record
Bruno Fernandes reached 20 assists this season and matched the Premier League record previously shared by Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne.
The Portuguese midfielder constantly searched for the historic assist throughout the match and finally achieved it in the 76th minute with a cross that Bryan Mbeumo finished first time.

How Manchester United secured the win
Luke Shaw opened the scoring in the fifth minute with a volley inside the box.
Nottingham Forest equalized in the second half through Morato after a cross from Elliott Anderson.
United responded shortly after with a goal from Matheus Cunha following a VAR review for a possible handball by Bryan Mbeumo earlier in the move.
Later, Mbeumo scored United’s third goal after Bruno Fernandes’ record-tying assist.
Morgan Gibbs-White scored late for Forest, but the visitors could not avoid defeat.
The win allowed Manchester United to finish the season with 68 points and secure third place in the table.
