Strong season in France

Endrick is enjoying an outstanding spell at Olympique Lyonnais. So far this season, the Brazilian striker has registered 8 goals and 7 assists, establishing himself as one of the team’s key attacking figures. With several matches still to play, those numbers could still increase significantly.

A loan deal with uncertainty

Despite his strong performances, Endrick remains only on loan from Real Madrid, meaning he is expected to return to the Spanish club in the coming weeks. However, the situation is not entirely straightforward, as the forward has publicly expressed his satisfaction in France.

“I feel very happy here”

After the match against Rennes, Endrick spoke openly about his future and his current happiness at Lyon.

“I don’t know, I’m very happy here, I feel great. Will I stay? I’m on loan, I’m happy with my teammates, everything is going very well. After that, you never know what can happen, we’ll see. I leave everything in God’s hands,” he said.

He also added:
“If I have to stay in Madrid, I will stay in Madrid; if I have to renew my contract here, I will renew here. I would really like to stay; they do everything possible to make me feel good.”

Speaking later in the mixed zone, Endrick reinforced his uncertainty about the future and his emotional connection to the French club.
