Jeremie Boga secured the decisive goal, propelling Nice back to the second spot in Ligue 1 with a 2-1 home victory against Reims on Sunday. 

Having slipped to third in the standings following Monaco's win over Stade Rennes on Saturday, Nice now stands at 32 points, holding a two-point advantage over Monaco and trailing leaders Paris St Germain by four points. 

After enduring their first defeat of the season against Nantes last weekend, Nice rebounded, though Reims posed a formidable challenge until Boga's game-winning strike in the 82nd minute.
