Casemiro has backed Neymar to become a great player but believes that now Cristiano Ronaldo is the best and will win the Ballon d'Or.

The 24-year-old believes Neymar is a huge fan of Neymar and can see him becoming one of the best, but has remained loyal to his Portuguese club mate.

"Neymar's career, there is still more to come," he added.

"But all the football that Cristiano Ronaldo has done over the last 10 years is to remember for a lifetime. Neymar has everything to get it.

"[But] Cristiano is going to win the [Ballon d'Or]."

Casemiro is currently injured and will be hoping to make a Real Madrid return soon.
