The Danish club has reported that Alamara Djaby, a player on the team, was stabbed and seriously injured, with his life in danger, requiring immediate emergency surgery. He subsequently underwent another surgical procedure, and thanks to the efforts of the rescue team and hospital doctors, his condition is stable.
“Alamara Djabi was seriously injured in a knife attack and is now in stable condition following two operations. He has woken up from the induced coma and is doing well under the circumstances,” the club said in its statement
The investigation continues
The situation is under investigation, and the Danish club is closely monitoring it. They also sent a message of support to the family and the player himself.
"FC Midtjylland maintains close dialogue and collaboration with the authorities and supports him and his family," they communicated.

"We request the understanding of the public and ask for respect for the privacy of Alamara Djabi and her loved ones in this difficult situation, and we strongly recommend to the press not to attempt to contact either her teammates or staff members, as they are all, naturally, deeply affected by this serious incident," concluded the club's statement.
