Totti Criticizes Dybala: 'Plays Only 15 Games a Year'
Francesco Totti, former player and idol of AS Roma, spoke out about Paulo Dybala, a key figure for "La Loba," and made several harsh statements about the Argentine forward.
The former attacking midfielder stated that despite not denying Dybala's quality, the constant injuries suffered by the Argentine have not made him a reliable player, going as far as to say that he is a player who only plays 15 games a year!
"If I were a coach, I would carefully consider what to do with a player who plays 15 games a year. If I set an important goal to achieve and have one of the most important players on the field for a third of the games, I am forced to reflect," Totti affirmed.
It's worth noting that so far this season, "La Joya" has suffered a total of six muscular injuries, which have left him sidelined for more than 90 days in the campaign, and he has not been able to play more than five consecutive games due to this.
Therefore, Roma will have to carefully consider what to do with Dybala, as his contract expires in 2025. Despite his constant injuries, Paulo is still the team's top scorer, with 12 goals.
