Sevilla announced two new signings on transfer deadline day.
The LaLiga club welcomed Karim Rekik and Oussama Idrissi on Monday, with the club's sporting director, Monchi, declaring the arrivals align with the team's ambitions.
"We want to be among the Champions League places and to do that we're going to fight."
Rekik, a center-back, joins from Bundesliga outfit Hertha Berlin on a five-year deal for a reported €4m.
Idrissi, a Morocco international who represented the Netherlands at youth level, completed a move to the Europa League champions from AZ Alkmaar for a reported €13m.
The 24-year-old is a left-sided winger.
