The event will shape not only the Round of 16, but also the Quarterfinal and Semifinal brackets.
Champions League draw format
As in the Playoffs, each team has only two possible opponents. The draw determines the bracket position and defines the potential path all the way to the Final.
The eight direct qualifiers are seeded and will have the advantage of hosting the second leg in the Round of 16:
- Arsenal
- Bayern Munich
- Liverpool
- Tottenham Hotspur
- Barcelona
- Chelsea
- Sporting CP
- Manchester City

The draw will take place in Nyon, Switzerland.
