Trabzonspor secured another victory, marking their sixth consecutive away game without a defeat, by defeating Ankaragucu at the Eryaman Stadyumu. With this result, they continue to hold a podium position in the Süper Lig.

The hero of the match was Bosnian Edin Visca, who, in the 30th minute, scored the lone goal after several deflections from the defense.

Ankaragucu had a chance to level the match just before halftime when Efkan Bekiroglu unleashed a powerful shot on Ugurcan Çakir's goal, but fortunately for the goalkeeper, it hit the crossbar.

The defeat was particularly painful for the home team, especially since they played without fans due to a sanction following their president's assault on a referee last December.

With this victory, Trabzonspor sits in the third position on the table with 33 points, in European qualification spots and 11 points behind co-leaders Fenerbahce and Galatasaray.
