Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic is facing three weeks on the sidelines due to a torn thigh muscle.
The Croatia international was substituted during the closing stages of Sunday's 2-0 Serie A win at Genoa and tests revealed he has suffered a grade-one tear of his right femoral bicep according to Juventus' official website, which says the forward will be absent for 20 days.
Mandzukic will miss Wednesday night's league match against Frosinone and this weekend's trip to Napoli.
The 29-year-old was on target when Juventus beat Manchester City 2-1 in the Champions League last week, but he will miss their next outing in the competition against Sevilla.
