Argentina National Team takes a Break Watching the Los Angeles Lakers
Players from Argentina's national football team and coach Lionel Scaloni took a break on Sunday to catch the game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Indiana Pacers in LA. LeBron James led the Lakers to victory with a high-scoring 150-145 win.
The Argentine team lucked out with their choice of game at the Crypto.com Arena, as the Lakers hadn't scored that many points in a game since 1987. It was an offensive showdown with non-stop attacks from both sides.
"The Champions in L.A.!" tweeted the Lakers' official X social media account, along with a couple of photos featuring players like Ángel Di María and Nicolás Otamendi.
Without Lionel Messi due to injury, Argentina will play a friendly match against Costa Rica in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
