Final A: Bosnia vs Italy

Final A brings us a clash between Bosnia and Italy in Zenica. They have faced each other six times, with four wins for the Azzurra and just one for the Dragons. In fact, Bosnia’s only victory came in their first meeting in 1996, when they defeated the Nazionale 2-1 in Sarajevo. Since then, Italy has not lost to Bosnia. The last match on Bosnian soil ended in a 0-2 win for the Italians. It will be a tough challenge for Bosnia, although they will have the support of their fans.

Final B: Sweden vs Poland

Final B will see Sweden take on Poland in Solna. These two teams share recent history at this stage. They already met in a playoff final, although on that occasion Poland was the home side. With goals from Robert Lewandowski and Piotr Zieliński, the Eagles secured their place at the Qatar World Cup.

Final C: Kosovo vs Turkey

Final C will feature the young Kosovo side against Turkey in Pristina, a city that has just experienced a wave of excitement following a win over Slovakia. The Dardanet have only faced the Turks twice, losing both matches and scoring just one goal. However, they say the third time’s the charm, and with the electric atmosphere in Pristina, it will surely be a difficult test for Turkey, who will have to handle a crowd dreaming of seeing their country in its first-ever World Cup.

Final D: Czech Republic vs Denmark

Final D presents a showdown between the Czech Republic and Denmark in Prague. The Czechs’ record at home against this opponent is not favorable. Out of five matches played on Czech soil, they have won only one—a 1-0 friendly victory in 1998. Since then, there have been three draws and one loss against the “Danish Dynamite,” who will likely feel comfortable playing in Prague.
