Egypt's Al Ahly and Tunisia's Young Africans faced off in the final matchday of the CAF Champions League Group Stage. The home team secured a narrow victory (1-0) to claim the top spot in Group D.

The sole goal of the match came from Hussein El Shahat in the 46th minute, shortly after the start of the second half, securing the win for the competition's most successful team.

Al Ahly advanced to the next phase as the group leader with 12 points, while Young Africans also progressed with eight points.
