Zamalek SC, the reigning champion of the CAF Confederation Cup, triumphed over their arch-rivals Al Ahly, the champions of the CAF Champions League, in another edition of the Cairo Derby to secure the CAF Super Cup 2024.

"The White Knights" emerged victorious in a penalty shootout, winning 4-3 after both teams finished regulation time in a 1-1 draw.
