VIDEO | Mourinho Talks About his Future and his Love for F1
One of the greatest coaches in football history, José Mourinho, was present at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and spoke about his future for beINSPORTS, comparing football to F1 and highlighting that they have similarities and can learn a lot from each other.
"Yes (they are similar), cars come and go. Although footballers also come and go. But yes, they have different qualities, different organizations, same ambitions," declared the Portuguese coach when questioned about the differences and similarities between motorsport and football, and emphasized that "we have to see how they analyze victories and defeats and learn from them."
Likewise, the former Real Madrid coach spoke about his winning mentality: "sometimes there is no potential to do it (win always) and when you don't have it, you have to go to your limits to do the best you can."
Finally, Mourinho spoke about his future and was very clear in stating that he wants to keep working. "I don't want to rest, I want to work. It's just that I don't want to make the wrong decision, I have to wait for the right option, one that motivates me. But if I could work tomorrow, I would," declared the Portuguese coach.
