LIVE: Morocco vs Zambia| 2026 Futsal AFCON
Morocco and Zambia both enter with three points and meet in a clash that could leave the winner very close to the semifinals.
Morocco and Zambia face off this Wednesday, October 14 at the Moulay Abdellah Sports Hall in Rabat in the second round of Group A. The match kicks off at 4:00 PM ET and will be available LIVE on beIN SPORTS.
Morocco look to move closer to the semifinals
The Atlas Lions began their title defense in commanding fashion with a 4-0 win over Algeria. Hicham Dguig’s side once again showed why it has dominated African futsal in recent editions and will now look to stay perfect in front of the home crowd.
A second victory would put the three-time defending champions in an excellent position to reach the semifinals and continue their pursuit of a fourth consecutive title.
Zambia look to build on an impressive start
Zambia also opened the tournament with three points after beating Libya 3-1. Patrick Mwila, who scored twice, was one of the standout performers in a victory that placed Chipolopolo among the early Group A leaders.
The team coached by Italian manager Andrea Cristoforetti now faces a much tougher test against the hosts and defending champions, but another victory would move Zambia significantly closer to the semifinals.
