The 2026 NBA season is reaching its most exciting phase as the playoff picture and Play-In Tournament are officially set. The Play-In, featuring teams ranked 7th to 10th in each conference, will take place from April 14 to 17 and will determine the final two playoff spots.

In the Western Conference, direct qualifiers include Oklahoma City Thunder, San Antonio Spurs, Denver Nuggets, Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets and Minnesota Timberwolves. Competing in the Play-In are Phoenix Suns, Portland Trail Blazers, Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State Warriors.

A standout matchup sees the Warriors face the Clippers in a win-or-go-home game, while the Suns and Blazers battle for the 7th seed. The winners will then enter a playoff bracket featuring exciting clashes like Timberwolves vs Nuggets and Rockets vs Lakers.

In the Eastern Conference, the top six are Detroit Pistons, Boston Celtics, New York Knicks, Cleveland Cavaliers, Toronto Raptors and Atlanta Hawks, while the Play-In features Philadelphia 76ers, Orlando Magic, Charlotte Hornets and Miami Heat.

Key first-round matchups include Hawks vs Knicks and Raptors vs Cavaliers, while the Celtics and Pistons await their opponents.

Everything is set for an electrifying postseason where every game could shape the road to the championship.
