Fenerbahce holds Galatasaray to derby draw
Istanbul rivals Fenerbahce and Galatasaray played out a thrilling 1-1 draw in the latest edition o the Intercontinental Derby, Jhon Duran's stoppage time header cancelling out Leroy Sane's deflected first half opener.
In the highly anticipated derby, Sane put Galatasaray ahead in the 27th minute. Fenerbahçe found the equaliser in stoppage time, thanks to a powerful header from Duran.
With no further goals, both teams shared the points. Galatasaray sits at 33 points, while Fenerbahçe follows closely with 32.
Galatasaray will next face Samsunspor, while Fenerbahçe hosts Rams Başakşehir.
