The 27 year-old previously spent the second half of the 2024-2025 season on loan with Juve after struggling to find his feet at PSG.
He made 22 appearances for Juve, scoring 10 goals and three assists, though he was loaned to Tottenham for the 2025-2026 campaign.
Kolo Muani struggled at Spurs, scoring just five goals in 41 appearances as they battled relegation from the Premier League, but he is delighted to now join Juve on a permanent deal.
"Finally, I'm relieved," Kolo Muani said.
"I've wanted to come back for a while, and this moment has arrived. It's a story that isn't over; I wanted to finish it.
"That's why I did everything possible to try to return. We're going to continue writing this beautiful story."
Luciano Spalletti's side still has to face Chelsea, Inter and Palermo in pre-season friendlies before its Serie A campaign begins on 23 August at Frosinone.
Kolo Muani could make his second home debut six days later when Juve hosts Parma.
