Everton signs £8m left-back Aznou from Bayern Munich
Everton completed an £8m deal to sign teenage left-back Adam Aznou from Bayern Munich, making the Moroccan its fourth signing of the transfer window.
The Toffees had already signed forward Thierno Barry and goalkeeper Mark Travers, as well as making Carlos Alcaraz's loan spell permanent, ahead of their first season at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The Toffees have since finalised a move for talented 19 year-old full-back Aznou, with the former Barcelona academy graduate signing a four-year contract with his new club.
"I'm so happy to be here. I'm so proud to be part of this team," Aznou said. "The project they gave me is really good. The Premier League is the best league in the world, so I'm really excited to start.
"The stadium is really nice. It gives you a good feeling and it's good for our fans to support us. It's perfect for us.
"I just have to say I'm really thankful to be here. I'm really proud so I will give everything in every training session and every game."
Everton starts its 2025-2026 Premier League campaign at Leeds United on 18 August, having ended 2024-2025 on a high with three straight victories, finishing 13th.
