The Canadian pop star, who is fresh from winning the Best International Male Solo Artist award at the BRIT Awards last week, garnered almost three million likes for two clips of him frolicking with a ball in the back garden of what looks like a serious superstar mansion.
Of course Bieber is no stranger to football, and is a well know fan having played with Barcelona a few years ago.
Bieber is known to be one of football's most fickle celebrity fans, having at various times worn the shirts of Barcelona, Everton, Chelsea and even Southend United. Indeed the League One side's forward Ryan Leonard credited Bieber's music as his inspiration when he returned to prolific goal-scoring form towards the end of last year.
When Oldham Athletic was thrashed 5-2 at home by Southend in November, local press also wasn't impressed with the influence Bieber had on the result, not to mention the post-match celebrations.
It seems unlikely Bieber will be receiving any contract offers from professional teams in the future, despite the ease with which he finds himself supporting them, but he can be satisfied that his own skills are not the worst we've seen, and certainly seemed to please the eyes of a few million fans.
