Juventus have reached an agreement with Juan Cuadrado over a season-long loan deal.
Cuadrado, a £23.3 million (€32m) January signing from Fiorentina, has failed to force his way into Jose Mourinho's plans at Chelsea and the arrival of Pedro this week has seen him slip further down the pecking order.
The Blues agreed to make the winger available for loan earlier this week after Juve had expressed an interest in bringing him to Turin, and the Colombia international has now accepted the chance to join the Serie A champions for the 2015-16 campaign.
Cuadrado is now expected in Turin in the next four hours in order to complete medical tests before finalizing his move.
The 27-year-old made just four Premier League starts under Mourinho as Chelsea clinched the title last season.
