Colombia's Atlético Nacional beat Argentina's Patronato at the start of Group H of the 2023 Copa Libertadores. 

Patronato made noise by scoring just in the second minute of the match vía Matías Ruíz Díaz, but the visiting team came back with two quick goals by Dorlan Pabón at the 77th. (Penalty) and 79th.
