(VIDEO) All Goals! Barcelona Thrash Racing Santander to Maintain Perfect LaLiga Record After Six Matchdays

Barcelona once again showcased their attacking firepower. Hansi Flick's side thrashed Racing Santander 7-2 at Camp Nou on Wednesday in a Matchday 6 clash in LaLiga, maintaining their perfect start to the season and moving to the top of the table with 18 points from 18 available.

Including their UEFA Champions League campaign, the Catalan giants now have seven games, seven wins and 33 goals scored, highlighting Barcelona's spectacular form at the start of the season.

CANCELO AND RAPHINHA SPARK BARCELONA'S GOAL FEST

Barça needed just eight minutes to open the scoring. João Cancelo unleashed a powerful strike from outside the box that clipped the crossbar before finding the back of the net. 

In the 25th minute, Raphinha converted Barcelona's first penalty of the night to make it 2-0.

Racing Santander responded through Maguette Gueye in the 31st minute, but Barcelona's reaction was immediate. 

A deflected effort from Asier Villalibre ended up in his own net in the 36th minute, before Raphinha struck again in the 42nd minute to give Barça a commanding 4-1 lead at half-time.

The opening 45 minutes produced one more major talking point: Lamine Yamal missed a penalty against Julen Agirrezabala, with the Racing goalkeeper making the save to deny Barcelona a fifth goal before the break.

After the restart, Racing Santander threatened to get back into the game. Yassir Zabiri capitalized on a Barcelona mistake to make it 4-2 in the 65th minute. 

However, Raphinha responded just two minutes later from the penalty spot, completing his hat-trick and restoring Barcelona's three-goal cushion.

The closing stages belonged entirely to Barcelona. Gabriel Jesus scored in the 79th minute, registering his first LaLiga goal for Barcelona. 

Finally, Lamine Yamal made amends in the 89th minute, finding the net to seal the 7-2 final score.

With this victory, Barcelona have now won six consecutive LaLiga matches, along with one victory in the UEFA Champions League, establishing themselves at the top of the table and maintaining a perfect start across all competitions.
