Hansi Flick Gets Rid of a Player Who Will Be Looking for Success in Another Team
Pau Víctor is no longer a footballer for FC Barcelona and will aim to succeed in Portuguese football in what will be a new chapter with SC Braga. The blaugrana club has finalized a definitive agreement for the transfer of the young player from Sant Cugat, who signs with the Portuguese team after both parties reached an agreement.
How much did SC Braga pay for Pau Víctor?
Barça secured an agreement for $14 million fixed plus $3.5 million in variables based on objectives, as confirmed by the Portuguese club.

The 22-year-old attacker underwent a medical examination in Braga and signs until 2030 with his new team, which will be competing in the Champions League preliminary phase. Pau Víctor will wear the number 18 jersey and will have a release clause of just over $58 million.
He joins the Portuguese team after a season where he managed to accumulate minutes but always in a secondary role within Hansi Flick’s squad.
In his only season with FC Barcelona’s first team, Pau Víctor participated in 29 official matches, most of them coming off the bench as a substitute. Although his playing time was limited—just 372 minutes in total—the young Catalan forward managed to score two goals and provide one assist, showing clear signs of his offensive versatility and strong instinct in the opponent’s box.
With this deal, Barça continues to strengthen its financial restructuring strategy, focusing on smart transfers that generate significant revenue, particularly through the projection of young talent. For Pau Víctor, his transfer to SC Braga represents an excellent opportunity to consolidate his career in a team with international presence, European aspirations, and a well-known commitment to player development.
