Endrick Reconsiders Real Madrid Exit

  • The Brazilian decided to stay after speaking with José Mourinho in the summer, but a lack of minutes has once again pushed him toward the transfer market.

Endrick Is Looking at an Exit Again

Endrick is enduring a much more difficult season than expected at Real Madrid. After missing the opening games through injury, the Brazilian has barely featured under José Mourinho.

Competition in attack has pushed him down the pecking order and, according to AS, the forward would be willing to reconsider a move away if his situation does not improve before January.

A loan move is therefore back on the table, with Roma and AC Milan among the clubs keeping a close eye on his situation.

The Mourinho Conversation That Stopped His Exit

Endrick came close to leaving Madrid on a temporary basis during the summer. Roma emerged as one of his preferred destinations and the move had progressed significantly.

However, a direct conversation with Mourinho changed the picture. The coach told him he was part of his plans, convincing the striker to stay and fight for his place.

The problem is that those minutes have not arrived. If nothing changes over the coming weeks, Endrick is expected to reassess his options before the winter transfer window opens.

Ancelotti Is Also Concerned About His Lack of Minutes

The situation has not gone unnoticed by Carlo Ancelotti, who considers Endrick an important part of Brazil’s future.

“The problem for Brazilian kids is they don’t improve because they don’t play regularly,” the Brazil boss explained, stressing that players with that level of potential need consistent minutes to continue developing.

The concern carries extra weight in Endrick’s case, with Real Madrid having made a major investment in the forward and still viewing him as part of their long-term plans.

January Could Change His Future Again

Endrick has already shown during his loan spell at Lyon how regular playing time can transform his form, producing eight goals and eight assists in 21 appearances.

For now, he will continue waiting for opportunities in Madrid, knowing that any change in the attacking hierarchy could open the door.

But if the minutes continue to be hard to come by, January could become the moment to look elsewhere for the regular football he is not getting at Real Madrid.

What Could Define Endrick’s Future

  • Endrick is open to reconsidering a loan move if his role does not increase before January.
  • Roma and AC Milan remain interested after also monitoring him during the summer.
  • Real Madrid still see him as a long-term investment, but his development requires playing time.
