Canelo Álvarez’s Luxurious Trip to Las Vegas for His Fight vs Terence Crawford
Canelo Álvarez is already in Las Vegas for his last fight in the city: luxury, a watch collection, and a trip that shows him as a true superstar.
A Star’s Journey
True to his tradition, Canelo Álvarez arrived in Las Vegas a week before his September 13 clash against Terence Crawford. The Mexican star made the trip on a private jet, once again showcasing his status as a global celebrity, surrounded by cameras, his team, and a lavish style only he can flaunt.
This fight will be the last for the Guadalajara native in Sin City, as starting in 2026 he plans to fight exclusively in Saudi Arabia—a change that marks the end of an era in his career.
Luxury On Board
During the flight, Canelo shared on social media some of the objects that accompanied him. Among them was one of the most expensive watches in his collection: the Opera Godfather Rose Gold by Jacob & Co., purchased this summer for $400,000. The fighter is a huge fan of the brand and has acquired several limited-edition pieces in recent years.

He also sported his signature rings: a gold seal with the Canelo Álvarez brand and a wedding band encrusted with crystals and diamonds. The scene of luxury was completed by a card game on board the jet, enjoying the calm before the storm.

An Artistic Touch
It wasn’t all personal extravagance. Álvarez also showed off his collaboration with the art gallery Fivemotionmx and artist Brux. Together, they launched a limited line of 499 unique pieces featuring a watch, a belt, an earring, and a golden glove.

The collection went on sale September 7, priced at $5,000 per piece—over 93,000 Mexican pesos. It’s a nod to his most loyal fans and collectors who follow every step of the champion.

The Big Fight
The much-anticipated showdown against Terence Crawford will take place at the Allegiant Stadium, home of the NFL’s Raiders. It will be the first time the venue hosts a boxing card, a perfect stage for a historic event where Canelo will put his reign at 168 pounds on the line.
