Thomas Tuchel will be without Declan Rice, Cole Palmer and Marcus Rashford for England's upcoming Nations League fixtures.
Palmer, who missed out on England's World Cup squad, was selected by Thomas Tuchel for the Three Lions' upcoming Nations League matches.
He has already registered four Premier League goal involvements this season (two goals, two assists).
However, the Chelsea playmaker has now opted out of the squad as he nurses an injury.
It is the same case for Rice, Marcus Rashford, Tino Livramento and Kobbie Mainoo.
Tuchel has called up Morgan Gibbs-White and James Garner as replacements.
No player has scored more Premier League goals in 2026 than Nottingham Forest attacker Gibbs-White (13, level with Erling Haaland).
Garner, meanwhile, made his England debut during the March international window, and impressed against Uruguay and Japan, but the Everton midfielder ultimately missed out on a call-up for the World Cup.
The pair will now get a chance to impress in fixtures against world champions Spain, with a double-header against Czechia following, either side of a clash with Croatia.
