Palace makes Khalaili its fourth new signing
Crystal Palace has announced the signing of Israel international Anan Khalaili from Union Saint-Gilloise, making him its fourth arrival of the current transfer window.
Ahead of its first campaign under Pierre Sage, the UEFA Conference League winner had already brought in Dwight McNeil, Oscar Mingueza and Takehiro Tomiyasu.
It has now bolstered its wide options with a £21 million ($40.1 million) deal for 21-year-old Khalaili, who has spent the past two campaigns in Belgium.
He scored six goals for Union SG in 2025-2026, three of which came in the UEFA Champions League as it narrowly failed to make it out of the league stage.
Khalaili, who can play in the frontline or as a wing-back, said: "I have followed the Premier League for a long time, it's a new challenge for me.
"And Crystal Palace I like, because I have followed them for a long time. They have deserved to win three trophies and I want to do more."
Palace will compete in the UEFA Europa League this season, the competition it initially qualified for by winning the FA Cup in 2025, before being thrown out of the 2025-2026 edition because of a breach of multi-club ownership rules.
The Eagles, which also won the FA Community Shield last season, will face Everton in its opening game of the Premier League season next Sunday (AEST), at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
