Federer thrashes Cilic to win record eighth Wimbledon title

Marin Cilic, seemingly physically impaired, was no match for the imperious Roger Federer, who won a record eighth Wimbledon singles title.

Roger Federer crushed a stricken Marin Cilic 6-3 6-1 6-4 on Sunday to become the first man to win eight Wimbledon singles titles, the veteran Swiss lifting his 19th grand slam crown on Centre Court at the All England Club.
