Reading boss Jaap Stam has told beIN SPORTS he wasn't even sure he wanted to be a manager when he finished his career. The former Dutch international was managed by both Sir Alex Ferguson and Louis Van Gaal during an illustrious career and now wants to achieve similar glories as a manager.
