Morocco claim second straight win in AFCON qualifying
Morocco secured a 2-0 victory over hosts Lesotho in the second round of Group A matches in the qualifying campaign for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations.
In the 82nd minute, Azzedine Ounahi doubled Morocco’s lead to make it 2-0.
The victory was Morocco’s second consecutive win in Group A of the qualifiers, having beaten Gabon 2-0 in their opening match.
