Former Olympic champion Kelly Holmes believes Russia aren't the only serial doping offenders in athletics. Holmes, who won 800 and 1,500-metre gold at Athens 2004 has welcomed Russia's ban from Rio 2016, but has told beIN SPORTS she fears some other countries are just as bad.
