Pep Guardiola admitted that "it doesn't look good" for Josko Gvardiol and Ruben Dias after the Manchester City pair suffered injuries against Chelsea.

City had looked set to take all three points against the managerless Blues thanks to Tijjani Reijnders' goal, but they conceded a last-gasp Enzo Fernandez equaliser to draw 1-1.

Guardiola was already without Mateo Kovacic, Omar Marmoush, Rayan Ait-Nouri, John Stones and Nico Gonzalez due to injury or international duty.

He then lost Gvardiol to injury early in the second half after the Croatian hurt himself while making a block, before Dias was also substituted with 10 minutes remaining.

City conceded while fielding a makeshift back four for the closing stages, and Guardiola conceded that he is worried about his squad depth.

"Of course I have concerns," said Guardiola. "Have you seen the bench?

"There were four players from the academy, and now we will have more. We don't have players.

"We have a lot [of injuries]. John Stones is missing for I don't know how many months. Ruben now will be out, Josko will be out.

"Nathan [Ake], always we know with Nathan, he cannot play regularly. It's the situation.

"Stay strong, and we will find a solution. The spirit is there and will be there."

Asked if he had a timeline for Gvardiol or Dias' lay-offs, the Spaniard added: "We'll see [on Monday]; it doesn't look good.

"[Gvardiol] and Ruben, we'll see what happens. I didn't speak to the doctor, but if Ruben is out, it's because he felt something."
