Sean Dyche sacked by Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest is on the hint for a new manager for the third time this season after announcing it has parted ways with Sean Dyche on Thursday.
The news came in the aftermath of Forest's 0-0 Premier League draw against bottom club, Wolves - themselves managed by another former Forest boss, Nuno Espirito Santo.
"Nottingham Forest Football Club can confirm that Sean Dyche has been relieved of his duties as head coach," the club posted on X.
"We would like to thank Sean and his staff for their efforts during their time at the Club and we wish them the best of luck for the future. We will be making no further comment at this time."
Dyche becomes the second manager to have succeeded Ange Postecoglou at a Premier League club sacked in the last 24 hours, after Thomas Franks dismissal from Tottenham Hotspur earlier in the day.
Appointed on 21 October to replace the Australian, his tenure lasted less than four months, Forest winning just six of his 17 matches in charge.
The fourth manager to take the reins this season faces arguably the toughest task, the club languishing in 17th place, just three points above the relegation zone.
