Ramsay sacked by West Brom after dismal run
West Brom has ended Eric Ramsay's tenure after just nine games.
Ramsay was appointed as Ryan Mason's replacement on 11 January, but he failed to lead the Baggies to a single victory.
West Brom was seven points clear of the relegation zone when he took over.
However, after a 1-1 draw at home against Charlton Athletic, the Baggies are just a point above the drop.
"The question around my job and the future is never one I can ever answer or attempt to answer," Ramsay said after the Charlton match. "I can only do what I can do over the course of a day and put my head on the pillow at night feeling I've turned over every stone.
"I'm not saying I'm blameless – I can only feel I've controlled what I can control."
