Xavi Invites Barcelona Fans to "Dream" of LaLiga
The Barcelona coach showed great satisfaction with his team after the victory against Atlético de Madrid and does not consider LaLiga impossible.
Xavi Hernández, Barcelona's coach, stated this Sunday that Barcelona has played "one of the best matches of the season, if not the best," in the victory against Atlético Madrid (0-3), and that "dreaming" of winning the league is possible.
"It has been one of the best matches of the championship, if not the best. We played a great game collectively and individually," explained the Barcelona coach.
Regarding Joao Felix's performance, he said: "He had a very good game. Very important, especially when we didn't have the ball. He worked very well. I said he would be very motivated. He made a difference, and I am very happy with him."
"We have improved many things, and we are in the best moment of the season. We are better in defense, have better balance, and don't lose as many balls. We are very solid, more supportive, and generous in work, and in attack, we are much better," added the Barcelona coach, who insisted that "dreaming" is possible.
"It is true that the distance with Madrid is still very large and that it is very complicated, but we are going to try. Football is a state of mind, and we are in the best moment of the season," he commented.
About his expulsion in the 42nd minute, he indicated that the fourth referee told him it was for "gestures" and explained that Fermín expressed that Cancelo is going through a hard time because "he is a very sensitive guy, and it has been very difficult for him not to be able to be with the team."
