Chelsea to appeal transfer ban
Having been given a two-window transfer ban and fine by FIFA, Chelsea have announced plans to appeal against the sanction.
Chelsea say they "categorically refute" FIFA's claims they have breached transfer regulations and will appeal a two-window ban.
