Leaders in the South American qualifiers Brazil set to face off in their toughest battle this week as they take on Uruguay on Wednesday.
The Selecao have had to play their games without some of their most notable names along with the likes of Neymar and Fabinho due to injuries, along with Casmerio who is positive for Covid 19. Nevertheless, the five-time world champions have been ruthless in their fixtures, scoring 10 goals and only conceding once in their previous three games.
Brazil is constantly going through a shift in terms of players and lineups, though it is no question their qualities all represent the style of Brazilian football. They will need to be in full focus as they face a dangerous Uruguayan side.
In team news, stars Neymar, Fabinho and Casemiro are all absent with injuries apart from Casmerio who is in quarantine. Alex Telles has also tested positive and is isolated in quarantine. Barcelona playmaker Coutinho is also out as he is recovering from an injury.

Although a shocking 4-2 defeat to Ecuador, Uruguay have been very clinical in these qualifiers, winning two of three games coming into their affair with Brazil.
Having scored seven goals in these three games it is clear that the attacking threat is very present, however, they have been exposed to too many goals and will have to be cautious if they look to improve in the table as they currently sit in 4th spot.
In team news, Luis Suarez is out after testing positive for COVID-19 and joins Federico Valverde on the sidelines who is recovering from a fractured leg.
