CONMEBOL confirms Copa Libertadores will be played outside Argentina
River Plate will not be allowed to host the second leg of the Copa Libertadores final, CONMEBOL announced on Tuesday.
Conmebol has confirmed that the Copa Libertadores final second leg between River Plate and Boca Juniors is to be played outside of Argentina. This follows an attack on the Boca Juniors team bus, which saw the initial game delayed twice.
