Kylian Mbappé has always wanted to work with José Mourinho, and now he has the opportunity to do so, as the arrival of the Portuguese coach at Real Madrid opens a new chapter for the French forward at the club, while the French national team begins another with Zinedine Zidane as the new coach. Mourinho's arrival means another change on the Real Madrid bench for Mbappé, who is facing a season in which he also seeks to win the Ballon d'Or for the first time.

The Frenchman assures that the situation in Madrid is good: "Everything is going well. It could be worse in life," he replied with a laugh.

In the French national team, the change is even more significant. Zidane has replaced Didier Deschamps after 14 years at the helm of the Blues, a period that Mbappé wanted to highlight before discussing the new project.

They both know each other and have met in Madrid, where they live, but the forward is waiting for the next meeting in Clairefontaine to talk with the new coach and learn about his plans.

"There's nothing better than seeing him at the castle," said Mbappé, referring to the French national team's training center. "I want to get to Clairefontaine to really know what he expects from us as a team and from me as a player, and we'll see how it goes," he added.

The first challenge will be to adapt to Zidane's new ideas and quickly achieve the results expected from France.
